The following shipping methods and applicable charges apply to orders placed with ShopHQ.
Standard Delivery
All orders will default to the Standard Delivery shipping method at checkout. Most orders will ship out in 1 - 4 business days.
- We offer FREE shipping on orders $99 or more – after discounts and before tax.
- Orders below $99 will receive a $9.99 shipping charge.
- Your order is expected to arrive within 5 – 7 business days from the date you place your order.
- Standard shipping and handling rates are only applicable within the contiguous 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
- There will be an additional $20.00 shipping and handling charge per order to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and US military bases - APO / FPO addresses for orders below $99. Orders $99 or more will incur an additional $10.00 shipping and handling charge.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and US military bases - APO / FPO addresses will not qualify for any reduced/free shipping promotions.
Express Delivery
We offer the option to accelerate the delivery of your order with the selection of the Express Delivery shipping method at checkout. Express Delivery is a paid, upgraded method.
- Express Delivery is available with a $20.00 shipping charge.
- Your order is expected to arrive within 3 business days from the date you place your order.
- Express Delivery is only available for shipments to addresses within the 48 contiguous states.
- Please note: UPS does not deliver on Sundays. Also, you must provide a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box.

The Face Oil with upcycled coffee oil helps to brighten and nourish the skin. It’s formulated with hydrating rosehip and skin-supporting sea buckthorn oil. Suitable for all skin types and also makes an excellent hair or beard oil - a perfect gender-neutral present!
The Eye Cream brightens, refreshes, and renews, dramatically reducing the appearance of dark circles and fine lines. It’s formulated with upcycled coffee grounds and soothing maple bark extract, a by-product of the wood industry, making it suitable for all skin types.

How to use:
Eye Cream: Apply a small amount around the contour of your eye. Use morning and night.
Face Oil: Apply a few drops to fingertips & massage into skin. Apply after moisturizer -it is 100% oil based, it works through occlusion, locking in the hydration provided by the moisturizer by forming a protective seal over your skin.
