  • 30 Days to Return – Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.

  • Free Returns with Return Coverage – Pay $4.99 at checkout to waive all return fees.

  • Standard Returns – Without Return Coverage, a $9.99 return fee applies.

  • Final Sale Items – Clearance and "As Is" items are non-returnable.

  • Condition Requirements – Items must be unworn; beauty and health products must be unopened.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal.

We accept returns received within 30 days of your order’s original delivery date.


Return Fees & Coverage

  • Free Returns for Store Credit – No fees apply.

  • Return Coverage Purchased? All return fees are waived.

  • Without Return Coverage – A $9.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping Costs – We cannot refund upgraded or expedited shipping fees, as these are paid directly to the carrier.

  • Promotions – Promotional offers cannot be applied to previous purchases.


What Is Return Coverage?

By paying $4.99 for Return Coverage when placing your order, you qualify to return all eligible items in that order at no extra cost.

  • This flat fee is optional and displayed at Checkout.

  • With Return Coverage, you get unlimited returns for all non-Final Sale items in that order.

  • Returns must still be received within 30 days of delivery.

  • You may submit a return request without Return Coverage, but standard return fees will apply.

  • Please note: Return Coverage is final sale and cannot be refunded.


Final Sale & Eligibility

  • Final Sale Items – Products marked “Clearance” or “As Is” cannot be returned.

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Items must be unworn and in sellable condition.

    • Candles, perfumes, beauty, and health products must be unopened (seal intact) and unused.


Incorrect or Defective Items

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Customer Care Team at shophqsupport@thearenagroup.net before using the Self-Service Portal.

How to Use the Self-Service Portal

  1. Enter your order number and shipping zip code.

  2. Select the item and reason for your return.

  3. Select "Return for $ Amount."

  4. Follow the prompts to complete your request.

    • Once complete, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

  5. Ship your item using the prepaid label.

    • A separate label is required for each item returned.

  6. Refund confirmation will be emailed once processed.

    • Contact your financial institution if funds are not posted within 14 business days of the refund being issued.


Received the Wrong Item?

If you believe you received the wrong item(s) from ShopHQ, please follow the steps below so we can assist you as quickly as possible:

  1. Email shophqsupport@thearenagroup.net  with the following information:

    • Your full name

    • Your phone number

    • Your order number

    • A clear image of the item you received

    Please note: We’re unable to assist with next steps without an image of the item included in your email.

  2. Once your email is received, please allow up to 3 business days for a response from our Customer Service team.
