Shipping Policy & Options

The following shipping methods and applicable charges apply to orders placed with ShopHQ. 

Standard Delivery

All orders will default to the Standard Delivery shipping method at checkout. Most orders will ship out in 1 - 4 business days. 

  • We offer FREE shipping on orders $99 or more – after discounts and before tax.

  • Orders below $99 will receive a $9.99 shipping charge.

  • Your order is expected to arrive within 5 – 7 business days from the date you place your order.

  • Standard shipping and handling rates are only applicable within the contiguous 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

  • There will be an additional $10.00 shipping and handling charge per order to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and US military bases - APO / FPO addresses.

Express Delivery

We offer the option to accelerate the delivery of your order with the selection of the Express Delivery shipping method at checkout.  Express Delivery is a paid, upgraded method. 

  • Express Delivery is available with a $20.00 shipping charge.

  • Your order is expected to arrive within 3 business days from the date you place your order.

  • Express Delivery is only available for shipments to addresses within the 48 contiguous states.

  • Please note: UPS does not deliver on Sundays. Also, you must provide a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box.

*Sales tax will be added to orders being shipped to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
