How to Purchase a ShopHQ Gift Card

ShopHQ Gift Cards are available as digital cards only and are delivered via email.

To purchase:

1. Visit our Gift Cards page.

2. Select the gift card amount (e.g., $25, $50, $100, or custom).

3. Add the card to your cart and complete the checkout like a regular purchase.

4. You’ll receive an email with a unique gift card code and a link to view the balance.

The gift card will be sent to the email address used at checkout. You can forward this email to your recipient or print it out.

How to Redeem a Gift Card

To redeem your ShopHQ Gift Card:

1. Add items to your cart.

2. At checkout, enter your gift card code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field.

3. The balance will be applied to your order total. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future use.

Gift cards can be used in combination with other payment methods but may not be combined with discount codes unless otherwise specified.

Gift Card Terms & Policy

• Delivery: All gift cards are digital and sent via email.

• Use: Valid for purchases made at ShopHQ.com only.

• Balance: Any unused balance remains on the card and can be applied to future orders.

• No Expiration: Gift cards never expire and carry no fees.

• Final Sale: Gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

• Not Eligible for Discounts: Gift cards cannot be purchased using discount codes or promotional offers.

• Lost/Deleted Cards: If you lose your gift card email, contact our Customer Service team to have it resent.

How to Check Your Balance

1. Click the link in your original gift card email.

2. Or, enter your gift card code during checkout to see the remaining balance.

3. You can also contact our Customer Service team for help retrieving the balance.
