Italian 20 Lira Coin Goldtone Bar Necklace

The coin is set in a gold tone rope bezel with jet black stones. The engraver of the 20 Lire coin was Pietro Giampaoli. His design on this coin hangs from a 18 inch goldtone chain with 3 inch extender and a lobster claw clasp for security.  It measures 1 1/4" x 1 1/16" x 1/8" and weighs only 2 oz.
