The following shipping methods and applicable charges apply to orders placed with ShopHQ.
Standard Delivery
All orders will default to the Standard Delivery shipping method at checkout. Most orders will ship out in 1 - 4 business days.
- We offer FREE shipping on orders $99 or more – after discounts and before tax.
- Orders below $99 will receive a $9.99 shipping charge.
- Your order is expected to arrive within 5 – 7 business days from the date you place your order.
- Standard shipping and handling rates are only applicable within the contiguous 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
- There will be an additional $20.00 shipping and handling charge per order to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and US military bases - APO / FPO addresses for orders below $99. Orders $99 or more will incur an additional $10.00 shipping and handling charge.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and US military bases - APO / FPO addresses will not qualify for any reduced/free shipping promotions.
Express Delivery
We offer the option to accelerate the delivery of your order with the selection of the Express Delivery shipping method at checkout. Express Delivery is a paid, upgraded method.
- Express Delivery is available with a $20.00 shipping charge.
- Your order is expected to arrive within 3 business days from the date you place your order.
- Express Delivery is only available for shipments to addresses within the 48 contiguous states.
- Please note: UPS does not deliver on Sundays. Also, you must provide a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box.

A twice-a-week exfoliant built around fine bamboo and silica. Lifts the dead skin and buildup your daily cleanser leaves behind, without tearing the surface. For oily, combination, normal, and dry. 19 ingredients. Most scrubs run longer and lean on a harsh abrasive; grit that reads like results and tears like sandpaper. Ours doesn't. Rounded bamboo and silica do the exfoliating; fatty acids and jojoba cushion; chamomile, allantoin, and panthenol calm the skin so it doesn't feel raw after. Twice a week, not daily - your Volcanic Ash Cleanser covers the rest.
How To Use:
Twice a week, not daily. On a clean, damp face, massage a small amount in light circles, avoiding the eyes. Rinse with warm water and moisturize after.
Skip it on days your skin feels sensitive or you've shaved closely. More isn't better with exfoliation - twice a week is the point.
Ingredients:
- Water (Aqua): the solvent that carries the rest of the formula.
- Palmitic Acid: a fatty acid that gives the scrub its body and conditions while it works.
- Stearic Acid: a fatty acid that thickens the formula and helps it cushion the skin.
- Cetyl Alcohol: a fatty alcohol (not a drying one). Smooths the texture so the scrub glides instead of dragging.
- Glycerin: draws water to the surface of the skin and holds it there.
- Hydrogenated Jojoba Oil: conditions the skin so exfoliating doesn't leave it stripped.
- Allantoin: soothes and calms the skin after the physical exfoliation.
- Silica: a fine mineral abrasive. One of the two physical exfoliants that lifts dead skin and buildup.
- Caffeine: refreshes and tightens the surface of the skin.
- Panthenol (Vitamin B5): holds moisture and calms the skin during use.
- Hibiscus Sabdariffa Flower Extract: a plant extract that conditions the skin.
- Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract: chamomile. Calms the skin so it doesn't feel raw after scrubbing.
- Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E): an antioxidant that protects the skin during exfoliation.
- Bambusa Vulgaris Stem Powder: ground bamboo. The primary physical exfoliant that clears buildup the daily cleanser leaves behind.
- Sodium Phytate: derived from rice bran. Binds trace metals from water and raw materials that would otherwise shorten the formula's shelf life.
- Aminomethyl Propanediol: balances the pH of the formula.
- Phenoxyethanol: a synthetic preservative. Prevents bacterial, mold, and yeast growth in the jar.
- Ethylhexylglycerin: a preservative booster. Increases the antimicrobial efficacy of the phenoxyethanol.
