1800's Liberty Nickel Pocket Knife w/ American Bald Eagle and United States Flag Design

The 1800s Liberty nickel was minted during a time when the west was still wild, when pioneers were populating the country and when a pocketknife would come in handy. The Liberty Nickel was first minted in 1883 and was designed by Charles E. Barber.  The five cent piece features Miss Liberty facing left surrounded by 13 stars. The authentic United States nickel is the focus of this elegant pocketknife. The 3.75-inch stainless steel bladed knife is the perfect gift for an outdoorsman, coin collector or Mr. Fix It. The knife with beautifully designed American Bald Eagle and American Flag measures 8.5 inches long by 1.13 inches wide. It easily fits into a pocket and is 4.75 inches when folded closed. The pocketknife comes in a blue pouch and includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Mint marks and years will vary from 1883 to 1899.
