No, ShopHQ no longer broadcasts on TV, but you can shop with us anytime online on ShopHQ.com.
While we're no longer on TV, you can stay connected through livestreams on our website and through video content on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
There are two ways to view your account details—by signing in on our website or through the Shop app.
- Sign in with "Shop" – This will bring up the profile associated with your email address.
- Enter your email address on ShopHQ.com – You’ll receive a 6-digit verification code by email to enter and access your account.
- Click the account icon in the top right corner of our website.
- Once signed in, you’ll be able to:
- View your order history
- Manage your address
- Update your account information
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For added security, we use 2FA during the sign-in process.
- In addition to your password, you may be prompted to enter a unique code sent to your email or mobile device.
- This helps protect your personal information and ensures only you can access your account.
Any order information before 9/25/2025 is no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
ShopHQ no longer offers ValuePay. However, flexible financing is still available through Shop Pay Installments, powered by Affirm®. Customers can choose from interest-free and interest-bearing payment plans to split their purchases into manageable installments.
- For orders between $50–$999.99, you may qualify for 4 interest-free payments made every 2 weeks.
- For orders between $150–$20,000, you may qualify for 6-month interest-free payments made every 2 weeks.
At checkout, select Shop Pay and follow the prompts to view your available payment options.
ValuePay is no longer supported. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
The VIP Program is no longer supported. We’ve launched ShopHQ Rewards—it’s free to join, and you’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
ShopHQ Rewards is our free loyalty program that turns your purchases into savings.
- Earn: 1 point for every $1 spent (+ 50 bonus points when you join).
- Celebrate: Birthday bonus points each year.
- Redeem: 200 pts = $10 off • 400 pts = $20 off • 800 pts = $40 off • 1,600 pts = $80 off • 2,000 pts = $100 off
(That’s essentially $1 off for every 20 points.)
The ShopHQ Credit Card is no longer offered and active.
We want you to love your purchase! Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. For full details on how to start a return, eligible items, and timeframes, please see our complete Return Policy.
To receive free standard shipping, spend $99 or more at checkout before discounts and tax. Otherwise our standard shipping fee is $9.99. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may be charged an additional shipping cost.

Most items can be shipped to any of the 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be charged an additional shipping cost. Shipping to P.O. Boxes are based upon the item meeting certain guidelines and restrictions may apply.
ShopHQ does not offer price adjustments at this time. Prices and promotions are subject to change, and we’re unable to honor pricing differences once an order has been placed. We recommend checking back often for our latest deals and offers!
We start processing orders right away, so we can’t edit items, quantities, or shipping addresses after an order is submitted.
Need to cancel?
- Eligible orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
- After 1 hour (or once processing begins), cancellation isn’t guaranteed. If the order ships, you can use our returns process after delivery.
If you made a mistake or need to update something, please contact us as soon as possible at shophqsupport@thearenagroup.net or by phone at 888-468-0672. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Once your order is fulfilled, you may be able to return it according to our Return Policy.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
You can also track your order anytime by clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account.
If you haven’t received a tracking number within a few days of placing your order, or if you’re experiencing delays, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team at shophqsupport@thearenagroup.net or by phone at 888-468-0672.
If you submitted your return through our Returns Portal, you can check the status by logging into your account. Use the email address associated with your order to view and track your return request.
- After the return is received and processed, please allow at least 14 business days for the refund to be issued to the original form of payment.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Major Credit Cards: American Express®, Discover®, Mastercard® and Visa®.
- Debit Cards: Must be linked to Visa® or Mastercard® and processed as credit.
- Installment Plans: Affirm® through Shop Pay.
- Gift Cards: ShopHQ, American Express®, Discover®, Mastercard®, and Visa® gift cards.
- Digital Payments: Apple Pay®, Google Pay™ or PayPal®.
