The following shipping methods and applicable charges apply to orders placed with ShopHQ.
Standard Delivery
All orders will default to the Standard Delivery shipping method at checkout. Most orders will ship out in 1 - 4 business days.
- We offer FREE shipping on orders $99 or more – after discounts and before tax.
- Orders below $99 will receive a $9.99 shipping charge.
- Your order is expected to arrive within 5 – 7 business days from the date you place your order.
- Standard shipping and handling rates are only applicable within the contiguous 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
- There will be an additional $20.00 shipping and handling charge per order to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and US military bases - APO / FPO addresses for orders below $99. Orders $99 or more will incur an additional $10.00 shipping and handling charge.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and US military bases - APO / FPO addresses will not qualify for any reduced/free shipping promotions.
Express Delivery
We offer the option to accelerate the delivery of your order with the selection of the Express Delivery shipping method at checkout. Express Delivery is a paid, upgraded method.
- Express Delivery is available with a $20.00 shipping charge.
- Your order is expected to arrive within 3 business days from the date you place your order.
- Express Delivery is only available for shipments to addresses within the 48 contiguous states.
- Please note: UPS does not deliver on Sundays. Also, you must provide a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a Post Office box.

How to use
When applying your lipstick, use this professional application technique:
- Follow and frame your natural lip line with the pointed side of your lipstick.
- Using the flat side of your lipstick, apply the lipstick on your lips by dividing them into four sections.
- Start by applying once on each side.
- Begin from the top right, starting from the center, going to the corner.
- Then from the top left, starting from the center, going to the corner.
- Repeat this on the two sections of the bottom lip.
