Uli's Sausage: Pork, Salt, Spices, Lemon Juice, in Lamb Casing Allergens: Pork - Prep: Best grilled over a hot BBQ for 10-15 minutes. On the stove, cook on med-high with a little oil or butter. Add some water and cover to steam cook. Brown to finish. Cook to an internal temperature of 165F°.
