Swiss Crown USA offers a Limited Two Year Warranty from the date a customer purchases a watch. Should any issues arise with a customer’s watch, the customer can reach out to Swiss Crown USA via our toll free number - 1 (800) 528-4157 or by emailing warranty@swisscrownusa.com



TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

This Limited Warranty guarantees that your watch movement is free from defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date you purchased a pre-owned Rolex certified by Swiss Crown USA from an authorized Swiss Crown USA retailer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover the watch case, clasp, crystal, crown, stem, or damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accident.

This Limited Warranty will not be valid if the watch has been tampered with, taken apart or repaired by anyone other than a Swiss Crown USA authorized servicer. Swiss Crown USA is not liable for any compensatory, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability for any damages is limited to the price paid for the watch.

You will be issued a Warranty Return Authorization (WRA) number.




When shipping your watch to the Swiss Crown USA Service Center be sure to:


We will confirm the receipt of your watch by email, fax, or telephone immediately upon receipt and again when we ship the watch back to you. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair.

Please note: We cannot ship returns back to a post office box or rural route. We can only ship to a verifiable address. An adult signature is required. We reserve the right to refund to you the price you paid for the watch in lieu of repairing it under the Limited Warranty. Additional documentation for international shipments may be required.
