Established in 1857, Belleek Pottery holds a very special place in Ireland's cultural and commercial heritage. Producing more than 100,000 pieces of pottery annually, Belleek represents a fusion of quality, craftmanship, and heritage. Each piece of Classic Belleek passes through 16 pairs of hands to obtain artisanal excellence. Since the beginning, the pottery’s founder John Caldwell Bloomfield declared that any piece with even the slightest flaw should be destroyed. Over 165 years later, this golden rule is still adhered to. These works of art are treasured in homes around the world and passed down lovingly though generations.
