How To Use

Turning on: To start using your HERO, it must first already be in standby mode. Press button A or B once to enter standby mode. Light indicator will flash. Press button A again to activate pulse-wave mode. Press button B to activate vibration mode. These two operating modes can be selected independently or together. Switching to pulse wave mode: In pulse wave mode, press button A to choose from 4 pre-set pulse wave modes. Switching to vibration mode: In vibration mode, press button B to choose from 4 pre-set vibration modes.

Travel button lock: Press A and B simultaneously for 3 seconds. The buttons will be locked once the LED turns off. Press A and B simultaneously again for 3 seconds, and the buttons will be unlocked as the LED comes on. Turning off: Hold button A or B for 3 seconds.

Charging: HERO is fully charged in about 1 hour and 45 minutes and provide about 2.5 hours of continuous use. First, plug in your USB charging cable, found in your ZALO satin pouch, into a USB interface of a computer or a phone charger (not fast chargers!). (Wall adaptors not included). Then, place the metal magnetic contact end on the charging cable to the two metal contacts on the back of your HERO. The cable will then automatically attach magnetically. A flashing indicator lights means the unit is charging. A bright constant indicator light means the charging is complete.

Failed startup or vibration: Battery exhausted, please recharge. Please unlock the travel lock. The indicator light does not flash after the charging cable is connected: Please wash and reconnect the magnetic charging end to ensure there are no obstacles in the metal end. Battery still empty, please try again in a few minutes.

Care: ZALO recommends that you not use a silicone-based lubricant with your ZALO product, as this could make the silicone permanently tacky. A water-based lubricant is the safest option. If you wish to use a silicone-based lubricant, perform a patch-test first. You should also never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants. Always clean your ZALO thoroughly before and after each use. The most effective way of doing this is to use a purpose-made cleaning solution such as ZALO's Cleaning Spray. Alternatively, you can wash the silicone with warm water and soap, rinse with clean hot water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. Avoid getting water into the DC socket. Never use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol or acetone. Avoid leaving your ZALO in direct sunlight and NEVER expose it to extreme heat. Store your ZALO in a dust-free place, preferably in your ZALO sating storage pouch, and keep it away from toys of other materials.

Please note: It is suggested that the product should not be used for more than 30 minutes at a time. Please seek medical advice immediately if the product slides into your body and cannot be taken out. The product is water-resistant and can be washed all over, but it should not be immersed in water. The product shall not be washed with boiling water or be placed in boiling water. Do not use silicone-based or oily personal lubricants as these can damage the product. Please do not place product, which is equipped with a built-in lithium-ion battery, into a hot environment. If you travel by plane, please follow Airline regulations on electric items equipped with built-in lithium-ion batteries. Keep the product out of reach of children. Keep the product away from magnetic cards, watches and other electronic devices. Keep the product in a cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, heavy loads, moisture, and pollution. If you discard the product, please treat it as a used electronic device by sending it to the relevant electronic product collection depot rather than disposing of it as a common waste.
