How To Use

Leave the roller in your freezer until you're ready to use it. Remove the silicone cap, then gently roll across the affected area. If the skin becomes numb, stop for a few minutes, then continue. Spray with alcohol after use and replace the cap. Place the ice roller in freezer for the next use.
