Simply spread the savory garlic and sea salt butter on the split potato slider roll, toast until golden brown and top with tomato and lettuce. Finish off your roll with a heaping scoop of Dungeness crab, then pair it with some crunchy Tim's Chips for a meal the whole family can enjoy. Whether you serve it as a meal or as appetizers, this kit is perfect for any occasion.

  • Shelf Life/Expiration Date: You can store this fully cooked crab up to three days in the refrigerator. Pack the legs in ice and cover with a damp towel for best results (replenish the ice as it melts). You can store our fully cooked crab in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Preparation Instructions

  • PREPARATION: Here's how to make the authentic SeaBear Crab Roll: 1. Split the rustic organic potato rolls (from local icon Macrina Bakery), and spread the inside tops and bottom with some of the enclosed butter from local Glen Meadow Creamery. 2. Toast the buttered sides of the rolls in a pan until golden brown. 3. Spread Alaskan King Crab Dip on the top half of the roll 4. If you'd like, put lettuce and/or tomato on the bottom half of the roll (your call, but we like to serve it that way). Then, top with a heaping serving of the Dungeness Crab meat. 5. Salt and pepper to taste. 6. Place 1-2 rolls in one of the enclosed trays, along with some crunchy Tim's Chips (another Pacific Northwest favorite). Dive in!
  • STORAGE: Dungeness Crab can be frozen for 3-6 months.
  • THAWING: Thaw crab in refrigerator, about 1 day.

He holds a graduate degree in Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University in Chicago, and an undergraduate degree in business from Boston College.

Mr. Mondello serves on the board at O’Dea High School, and as a mentor in the University of Washington Foster Business School MBA Mentor Program. He lives in Seattle with his wife and has three sons. He enjoys distance running, cooking, and guitar.
