HOW TO USE:

Move the foot smoother back and forward once or twice in the area to remove dead or rough skin. Move the unit in regular passes over the dry, dead skin, applying light to medium pressure. Continue with regular passes until the dead skin is removed. Moisturize feet after use. See instruction manual for additional information. Note: Do not over use - once or max twice one week. Do not use on broken skin. Wipe device clean. Each roller head lasts three to six months.
