• Release the Velcro® style closure strap.• Unfold the sides fully and press down on both side latch levers until they lock.• Squeeze handles toward each other to make certain latches are fully engaged.• If using for the first time, set the handle height using the owner's manual instructions.• With both hands on the grips, stand upright between the handles and begin walking.• Squeeze both hand brake levers to slow down or stop.• To extend the tray, pull up on the top half of the tray and rotate it down.• To close the tray, rotate the extended half up until it fastens with the magnetic closure on top of the other tray half.• To open the storage compartment, rotate the door retainer closure until horizonal, and using the hand opening pull to open to about 45 degrees.• To close the storage compartment, lift up on the door, until it tucks under the tray, then pivot the door retainer closure until it secures the door in place.• Before sitting activate both parking brakes, by pushing down on the brake levers until they click, verifying the rear wheels do not rotate.• To release and fold down the seat, turn the lever located on the seat panel in either direction and lower the seat such that it engages with the interlocking ridges on the side panels and is parallel to the floor.• To store the seat, simply lift up and press it into the storage door until you hear a click.• Release the parking brakes by squeezing the hand brake levers.• To fold for transport or when not in use, turn slightly to rotate the front wheels to one side, then doing one side at a time, pull up on the side latch lever to unlock and fold in the side.• Secure the folded sides with the Velcro® style closure.• When transporting use the handlebars to lift.
The Tour is the same size as a traditional rollator, with a fixed seat height of 18.7 inches, and a handle height adjustment of 31 to 37 inches. When open, the Tour measures 24 inches wide by 32 inches high by 27 inches deep. When folded, it is 24.5 inches wide and 17 inches deep.
Care Instructions: General Maintenance & Care • The Tour is designed for indoor and outdoor use. • Periodically inspect the wheels for tightness, wear, and damage. • Before use, make sure that the wheels rotate freely and are free of hair, lint, and debris. • Before use, make sure the brakes are functioning properly. • Regular inspection of parts including hardware, brackets, and plastics, for deformation, corrosion, breakage, wear or compression is recommended. • Regular cleaning of the Tour is recommended. Wipe all surfaces, including cushions, with a damp cloth and wipe surfaces dry before use. DO NOT use harsh chemicals or solvents. • DO NOT clean cushions in a washing machine. The tray is dishwasher safe. • ONLY use certified Motivo replacement parts and accessories.
