Vendor Warranty Terms: Limited Lifetime Warranty: Your Medic Therapeutics Hearing Aid is backed by a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. Medic Therapeutics will repair or replace your device at any time should it fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, subject to the certain limitations. This limited warranty does not cover any damage that results from unauthorized or improper use, service, or repair. Further, it does not cover damage caused by accident, impact, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Should you discover your Medic Therapeutics Hearing Aid is not functioning properly, please send your device to our repair center for evaluation. If your product cannot be repaired or serviced, we will reserve the right to change it for a similar or newer model.

How To Use

1. The left and right are universal. Remove the yellow insulation stickers before use. 2. Attach the appropriate size ear tip. If the tips are not snugged in your ear, there may be whistling or feedback. 3. Avoid dropping or squashing the hearing aids when inserting and removing them from your ear. 4. Charging: The Micro USB cable connects the standard-compliant power adapter and charging case. Open the charging case, put the device in the charging base5. Power On/Off 1. Power On: Remove the device from the case. 2. Power Off: Replace device in the charging case.6. Replacing Earplug Disassembly: Pinch the silicone ear tip with fingers to separate the tube from the connector as shown on the Quick Start Guide.

Care Instructions: 1. Cleaning the Hearing Aid: Clean with a dry, soft cloth. Use a brush to clean the earwax from the sound hole. Clean the device on a desk or table to prevent damage to the device. Do not use water or any liquid to clean as doing so may permanently damage the circuitry.2. Replace Wax Guard Wax Guard: needs to be purchased separately and follow all instructions on the Wax Guard packaging.3. Vibration Prevention: Always place the device in its charging case when not in use.
