COOLING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Lay flat in freezer for 2 hours.

2. Prior to sliding your arm into the sleeve, make sure that the temperature is tolerable. Stretch the sleeve open and slide your arm in.

3. If the sleeve feels uncomfortably cold, remove and then reapply once the temperature feels acceptable.

4. Once finished using, store at room temperature.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. The sleeve must be at room temperature before microwaving.

2. Lay flat in microwave and heat at full power. Do so for the following amount of time, depending on the size sleeve being heated:

  • S: 20s at 5 second increments
  • M: 30s at 10 second increments
  • L: 40s at 10 second increments

3. Prior to sliding your arm into the sleeve, make sure that the temperature is tolerable. Stretch the sleeve open and slide your arm in.

4. If the sleeve feels uncomfortably hot, remove and then reapply once the temperature feels acceptable.

5. Once finished using, store at room temperature.
