How To Use

  • View manual here
  • Apply the SMOOTH OUT + FIRM UP BODY GEL or your own skincare, then use circular massage motions across the area to treat, or lifting upward motions. Use for 4 minutes per body part, 3-5 times per week. Please see manual for more details on how to move the device on your skin.
  • Firming Gel: Use the roller ball applicators to massage the gel on to the skin
