The Deen Brothers have heard the call, and these exceptionally delicious patties are the result! Each patty is a combination of cuts from ribeyes, strip loins and tenderloins with a coarse grind that gives them a deeply satisfying texture with every bite. Oh, and there's cheddar blended right into the burger, for deliciously cheesy distribution across the whole patty. Of course, that doesn't mean you can't lay a few melty slices of cheese on top, too - it's what we'd do!

Preparation Instructions

  • Keep frozen until ready to use
  • Cut package and remove product
  • Grill, broil or fry for 4-6 minutes per side. Remove when meat's internal temperature reaches 165°F or higher

Comes packaged in an insulated Styrofoam cooler with dry ice and will arrive to customer two days after shipping. May arrive with little to no dry ice remaining, which is normal. Although there may be no dry ice remaining, the food should arrive cold to the touch which indicates it has maintained its freshness.

Do not touch dry ice without gloves. You may leave it in the cooler outside and it will evaporate harmlessly within 24 hours. Do not put in drinks. Do not eat. Do not touch to skin, mouth or eyes. Do not put into air-tight containers. Keep out of reach of children.

Ground beef, diced cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, potato starch and powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin [a natural mold inhibitor]), salt and pepper.
