These Hanger Steaks were butchered fresh - never frozen, no middle man and nothing artificial. Just really amazing meat. Hanger steaks are cut from the lower belly and are sometimes referred to as 'butcher's steaks' due to the tendency of butchers to keep the cut for themselves - they're that tasty. These steaks have an incredibly beefy flavor and are extremely tender. Use your favorite marinade, grill to rare or medium rare and remember to slice the steak against the grain for the ultimate steak dinner. The 100% Black Angus beef comes from cattle raised without antibiotics, added hormones, or artificial ingredients. They are fed a varied vegetarian diet that fosters deeply flavored, perfectly marbled beef that tastes full and rich.

Preparation Instructions: Heat butter in a large pan over high heat until hot and foaming. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Add the steaks and brown for 4 minutes per side Reserve steaks to a warm place to rest.
