Adhering to a few tricks can make for better flavor and aroma of your wine.Temperature maintenance is the first step in allowing your bottle to mature to its full potential. Most homes maintain a temperature of 70 degrees with a humidity of roughly 20-30%. Optimal wine storage temperatures call for 55-58 degrees with about 55-75% humidity.
