How to Check Your Order Status


If you would like to review your orders, go to "Order History" under My Account

You will be able to view returns, cancellations, Subscription orders and ValuePay® information dating back 3 years. If the order has shipped with a valid tracking number, a button called "Track Package" will be available. Click the button and you will be redirected to the website of the shipper to view your order progress.

You can also contact Customer Service at 1-800-676-5523 and check via our automated service anytime. To speak with a representative, please contact Customer Service Monday through Sunday,  10am – 5pm CST. Please have your order number available for the order you are checking on.
