If you need an invoice or a receipt for your purchase from ShopHQ, you have several options depending on your needs.

  • Most orders will generally include an invoice with the shipment which you can make a copy of for your particular need.
  • If you need an invoice for a return, please follow the instructions below.

What if you cannot find the invoice when you need one?

  • ShopHQ sends e-mails confirming your order, as well as a confirmation when it ships. These may serve your needs.
  • If you need an invoice for a return, please follow the instructions below.
  • You can easily access an online invoice through your account.
    • Sign into your account, and use the "My Account" link located in the upper right hand corner.
    • Once you are in "My Account", click on "Order Status".
    • In your order history, find the desired order. Each order number is a hyperlink to our Order Review page, which is a complete record of your order. You can print the Order Review page by right-clicking your mouse and choosing "Print."

For Returns

If you need an invoice for a return, there are two options:

  • Any item numbers beginning with a "V" or a "U" will have special return requirements, and requires assistance from Customer Service if you do not have your invoice.
  • You should be able to use the online form below to return merchandise originally shipped from the ShopHQ warehouse in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Most jewelry and watches fall into this category. Download the form and complete it (you can use the online resources noted above to fill it out). If the item number of your return begins with a "V" or a "U", you should not use this form.
