Delivery Information

• All TVs 50" and under ship via UPS ground.

• All TVs larger than 50" are truck-shipped and do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Please note the following for truck-shipped items:

  • You will be contacted via your primary phone number within 5 to 7 business days to arrange delivery. Delivery will be scheduled between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of your TV.

  • Your item will be shipped on a semi truck. If a semi will be unable to deliver to your residence, advise the shipping carrier of this when arranging your delivery appointment, who can then arrange for alternate shipping if needed. The item will be delivered to the first doorway of your residence. If you live in an apartment or condo, it will be delivered to the lobby area only, not to an individual unit. The item will not be set up nor will it be carried up or down any indoor steps or stairs. Packaging material will not be removed.

  • If you choose to return the shipment, please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-676-5523. Please retain the original packaging and note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee which may be $150 or more. Please note ShopHQ does not refund original shipping charges or reimburse the cost to return items.
