These products include jewelry, watches, health and beauty items, home goods, consumer electronics, and apparel. Not only does this team purchase everything you see on-air, they also work with a wide variety of vendors to bring thousands of new items to Evine.com.

Our IT team is a cutting edge group who is always pushing the edge of mobile and ecommerce retail technology. Our Customer Service department is the heart and soul of the business. Evine’s Customer Service is the only department within the company that has direct contact with our external customers. Our agents are able to place orders, track shipments, return items, answer payment questions, and any other customer service related issues from their call center.
On the Customer Service team, you’ll work directly with Quality Assurance, and the Drop-Ship team. We are always looking for individuals who have a strong customer service background, and a familiarity with a call center environment. Our TV Operations team is responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly on the set when our shows go live. They are responsible for all pre and post production, including the setting up and taking down of sets. We have Production Techs who control the shots of the cameras, as well as people working in the control room who queue graphics, B-roll, and audio. We also have Visual Product Coordinators who are responsible for gathering and prepping the products before the show begins, and making sure models and guests are in their appropriate places.
On the TV Operations team, you will work closely with Samples, TV Sales, and On-Air Presentation. We are always on the lookout for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have TV, retail, or visual display experience, and work well within a team and under pressure.
Our Marketing & Creative teams are tasked with designing and delivering beautiful, inspiring creative product art to the customer via Evine.com, email campaigns, mobile applications and the printed program guide. All of our creative copy, print, design, photography, graphics and promo videos come from this department. Our Product Show Planners and Product Financial Planners are responsible for “stocking the shelves” and deciding which Evine items will be shown at certain times of the day, the price they will be aired at and how many products we should re-order for future shows. Our business is one big puzzle of open airtime and product availability that must be solved by our busy team of Planners daily (and sometimes hourly). It’s a quick-paced and ever-changing studio environment.

Our Distribution and Quality Assurance teams are an essential piece of our business at Evine. QA is responsible for ensuring product quality standards, sizing, weight, packaging, gem quality, diamond grading, and so much more. They make sure our customers receive quality products on a consistent basis. Our Distribution team in Bowling Green, KY is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping all of our great merchandise and getting it out the door to our customers as fast as possible; 7 days a week. We have a variety of essential teams that make sure things happen behind the scenes – our Finance, HR, Credit, and Legal groups work to make sure that everything runs smoothly for the rest of the organization.
On the Credit team you will identify situations that could cause risk to the company, and work to guard against identity theft, account takeovers, fraud, and delinquency. In Finance, you will use data to assist Evine in making wise decisions with our resources. As a member of our legal team, you will work to resolve legal issues through contract negotiations, litigation, database and product claims review, securities compliance, and many other activities.
