What is the most frustrating part of cooking with a leg of lamb? For me, it's the bone - I never know how to work around it! Now, I need not worry as I have this leg of lamb to work with - all natural meat, USDA choice or higher which means it ensures proper marbling for a perfect juicy roast, marinated with garlic and herbs. And the biggest plus? The bone has been removed from the leg! Yay!

This choicest leg of lamb is netted in a heatproof, oven safe netting to hold it all together while cooking. By the way, have you ever roasted a leg of lamb before? It may sound intimidating, but the sweet little secret is that a boneless leg of lamb is actually one of the easiest, most foolproof cuts of meat and is super simple to cook. A leg of lamb is a celebratory roast, it is tender and flavorful and, of course, it is the high season of lamb right now as lamb figures prominently on both passover and easter tables.
