Preparation Instructions

  • Keep frozen until use
  • Thaw under refrigeration for best results
  • Ensure crab cakes have reached an internal temperature of 165°F before consuming
  • Stovetop: Pan fry crab cake for 4-5 minutes per side
  • Oven: Bake at 375°F for 20-30 minutes.

Comes packaged in an insulated Styrofoam cooler with dry ice and will arrive to customer two days after shipping. May arrive with little to no dry ice remaining, which is normal. Although there may be no dry ice remaining, the food should arrive cold to the touch which indicates it has maintained its freshness.

Do not touch dry ice without gloves. You may leave it in the cooler outside and it will evaporate harmlessly within 24 hours. Do not put in drinks. Do not eat. Do not touch to skin, mouth or eyes. Do not put into air-tight containers. Keep out of reach of children.

Crabmeat, mayonnaise (soybean oil, egg yolk, vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, water, salt, spices, calcium disodium, EDTA [to protect flavor]), eggs (whole eggs, citric acid), bread crumbs (bleached wheat flour, yeast, sugar and salt), cracker meal, enriched wheat flour (enriched with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid).
