These delicious loin cuts are flavorful and ready for everything from being slathered in sauce and slow cooked to being tossed on the grill for a quick, delicious sandwich.

Preparation Instructions

  • Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from packaging with a knife
  • Slow Cooker: Thaw, then load in slow cooker with your favorite BBQ sauce and cook 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low temperature setting.
  • Pressure Cooker: Remove the ribs from packaging, you may load either frozen or thawed. Place in pressure cooker with ¼ cup of water or stock. Select the meat setting and set timer for 45 minutes. When cook time is complete cover with favorite sauce and serve.
  • Sous Vide: Place the ribs in the Sous Vide either frozen or thawed, set temperature to 190 degrees and set timer for 6 hours. Serve with favorite sauce.
  • Oven: For oven, preheat oven to 350 degrees, place thawed ribs in oven proof casserole, cover with sauce then wrap with foil. Bake for 2 hours, remove the foil then broil for 5 minutes.

Comes packaged in an insulated Styrofoam cooler with dry ice and will arrive to customer two days after shipping. May arrive with little to no dry ice remaining, which is normal. Although there may be no dry ice remaining, the food should arrive cold to the touch which indicates it has maintained its freshness.

Do not touch dry ice without gloves. You may leave it in the cooler outside and it will evaporate harmlessly within 24 hours. Do not put in drinks. Do not eat. Do not touch to skin, mouth or eyes. Do not put into air-tight containers. Keep out of reach of children.
