Crystal or glass should be washed separately in warm soapy water, rinsed thoroughly and dried with a lint free cloth. When washing and drying stemware, do not twist the bowl in the opposite direction to the stem as this can cause damage. We do not recommend using a dishwasher to clean crystal as it can dull and damage the surface. Extreme changes of temperature can crack or break your product. We advise that cold or warm liquids only be added to glass that is at room temperature. Boiling liquids are not advised for use in crystal at any time. The finely made rims are the most fragile part of your crystal glass. Do not turn upside down while drying or storing. Care should be also taken to avoid any impact on the rims as this can cause damage to your crystal. Color-coated surfaces should not be allowed to come into contact with bleach materials or solvents, as they can damage the painted surface. Sharp or rough implements may scratch or damage the surface finish, so care should be taken to ensure they do not come into contact with any color-coated surface.
