Care Instructions:

  • Clear pan as soon as possible after use, in order to avoid food residue from building up and congealing on the pans surface.
  • Let the pan cool down before washing.
  • The use of steel wool pads/scrubbers is recommended when washing the pan.
  • Wipe down with clean cloth to dry.
  • Tip for avoiding rust in storage: Wipe the pans surface with cooking oil, then use a tissue to clean off excess oil.
  • Avoid using soap/dish wash detergent when cleaning the pan; do not place cast iron pan in dishwasher.
