Care Instructions:

  • To season cast iron: Brush the inside with a little vegetable oil. Heat it on low for a few minutes then wipe away any excess oil. You can repeat the procedure at any time before future use.
  • Let pan cool before cleaning with steel wool.
  • Avoid soap and detergent.
  • Wipe down with cooking oil.
