  • Dimensions: 12-1/4"L x 15"W x 5-3/4"H (3.04 lbs)Care Instructions: To disassemble the grinder for washing take the grinder off the mixer base first. Turn the grinder to the unlock position and lift of the base.
  • Remove the meat grinder holder from the feeder tube by pulling up.
  • Remove the feeder tube by pressing down on the unlock button on the meat grinder base and turning to the unlock position.
  • Next, unscrew the locking washer from the feeder tube. Then carefully remove the disc, blade, and mixer. CAUTION: The blade is extremely sharp, handle with care.
  • Once the parts are disassembled wash each by hand with non abrasive liquid and sponge. Let each item dry before storing. The discs can be stored in the side compartment of the mixer base.
