Serta delivery information


How can I track my Serta order?


If you would like to track your Serta order and verify that your Serta order has been scheduled for delivery please click here.

You will need your order number and zip code or phone number to track your Serta order. Please go to "Order Status" for your order number. (You may need to sign in first.)

If you don't have your order number please contact ShopHQ Customer Service to request this information.

Serta mattresses will ship directly from one of Serta's 26 factories nearest to you. The delivery may take up to 21 days because each bed is custom built and made-to-order for ShopHQ customers. You will receive a confirmation phone call within 7 to 10 days of your order, so it is important ShopHQ has your valid phone number. After 10-14 days, the delivery company will call to schedule your delivery. Deliveries will be scheduled Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it so that we are able to stop shipment.
