Any returns/exchanges must be received in the warehouse within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • To return a package you should follow the instructions on the back of your invoice.
  • Some specially-marked merchandise may have a shorter return policy.
  • All returned items must be in original condition. Please be sure to include all parts and paperwork.
  • ShopHQ will not issue credit for items that have been altered or damaged.
  • You have the option to either receive a refund back to the original method of payment or to do an exchange for the same item or a different product. You may also reorder the item today and then return the other item for a refund.

Please use this Return Form for returns that were originally shipped from the ShopHQ warehouse Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Some products may have specific return requirements. In addition, some return requirements are common to all returns of certain merchandise:

  • Electronic media (including DVDs, CDs, computer software and VHS tapes) - In order to receive credit for a return of they must be unopened. If defective, you may exchange these items for the same title.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item and would like to return it, you have a 30-day guarantee as long as the item’s Mylar tag is still attached. Removal of the Mylar Tag means that you have inspected and are pleased with the item. ShopHQ will not issue credit for an item that is returned without the original Mylar tag attached.

Watches may be returned to ShopHQ within 30 days of the invoice date. To expedite the processing of your return, we ask that you comply with the following instructions:

  • The watch must be in original NEW condition
  • Unworn with no alterations
  • No strap and/or bracelet adjustments
  • Any inclusions such as additional straps, bezels or bracelets must be returned in original NEW condition
  • Any original security tags must still be attached with no signs of tampering or re-attachment
  • The watch must be repacked into the original presentation packaging
  • All instruction manuals, warranty cards and any original certificates must be returned

Failure to include all of the original components of the watch set as outlined above will result in no credit being issued and the watch will be returned to you.

After the Return
Please allow 10 days from the date you send the package back to ShopHQ for your return to process and refund to be issued to your original method of payment.

ShopHQ does not refund original shipping charges or reimburse the cost to return items that are not defective.
