As a valued customer, we at ShopHQ (formerly ShopNBC) want you to be aware of a recent settlement between SENSA® and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) that may affect you. Today, SENSA® announced a settlement with the FTC in connection with an FTC investigation of the use of certain SENSA® Weight-Loss System advertising claims. Because of this, SENSA® has agreed to change some of the product advertising and offer consumers a refund for SENSA® purchases, including those made from ShopHQ. For more information about the FTC refund program once it becomes available to accept claims, visit http://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/cases-proceedings/refunds. Please note that the FTC is in the process of setting up the refund program and will issue a second public announcement once it is ready to accept refund claims.

It is important to note that the product's safety is not in question. The FTC is focused solely on the SENSA® Weight-Loss System's advertising claims. You may continue to use SENSA® as part of your weight-management program, in combination with a doctor-recommended exercise and diet plan.

Thousands of ShopHQ customers have experienced success with SENSA and have asked ShopHQ to continue their AutoDelivery shipments. If you are enjoying success with the SENSA® Weight-Loss System and want to continue based on your experience with the program, we will begin shipping your product around February 10, 2014. If you are currently enrolled in AutoDelivery from ShopHQ and wish to cancel future shipments, visit My Account and click on the AutoDelivery tab by January 21, 2014. If you have already canceled your AutoDelivery program, you do not need to do anything further.
