Wedgwood® & Bentley® Queen's Ware 3" Twig Fruit Basket w/ Stand

Meticulously hand-crafted for a striking centerpiece. The Wedgwood & Bentley collection embodies the Wedgwood tradition, revisited and interpreted with a modern approach. Meticulously handcrafted in England by highly skilled craftsmen, each piece is a unique work of art.

The intricate Queen's Ware Bowl is one of the masterpieces of the potter's art. Made by hand-cutting, or 'piercing' the clay when it is semi-dry, the bowl was conceived to showcase oranges. Beloved of the eighteenth century aristocracy, oranges represented the height of fashion and luxury.

Additional Information:
Bowl Measures 2.5"H x 10"W x 10”D; Stand Measures 1.5"H x 10.75"W x 10.75”D. Hand-made of earthenware. Made in UK.

Today, Wedgwood continues to manufacture quality ceramics that combine sophisticated classical contemporary design with highly skilled craftsmanship and strict standards of quality. This storied company is known throughout the world for the quality of its products and its rich heritage.
