Thomas Kinkade "Walk of Faith" Framed Textured Print

Thom painted Jesus and Peter strolling through the beautiful gardens of Heaven. Peter holds the "key" to God's kingdom. This image has been extremely popular with the viewers on ShopHQ. Selling out of the Limited Edition paper format as well as hundreds of panoramic gallery wraps. This image was released in 2011.

The image is framed, and applied to a matboard, then placed inside of another frame - giving it the appearance that image is "floating". Image is gelled to give the paper a textured look.

"I remember seeing a painting of a similar subject in a church as I was growing up and the image has always stuck with me. Perhaps I realized then that this was my chance to create a composition reinterpreting this scene. Here we see Jesus strolling comfortably with Peter. In his hands, Peter holds the symbolic keys to God's kingdom. What truths and insights could they be sharing? How marvelous to have the chance to listen in on the kind and insightful words of the Savior as He patiently shares wisdom with those He loves."

About the Collection
Known as The Painter of Light™, Thomas Kinkade became recognized as America's most collected living artist. Reflecting his modest background, Kinkade painted bucolic scenes with themes of simple pleasures and inspiring messages. With each brushstroke, Thom eloquently captured the beauty in the world with an instantly recognizable use of color and light.

As a devout Christian, Kinkade used his gift as a vehicle to communicate and spread inherent life-affirming values. Kinkade credited the Lord for both the ability and the inspiration to create his paintings. His goal as an artist was to touch people of all faiths, to bring peace, and joy into their lives through the images he created. The letters he received every day testify to the fact that he had achieved this goal.

As an Authorized Thomas Kinkade gallery, ShopHQ is proud to pay tribute with limited editions, framed art, canvas prints and other licensed products. Capture the beauty and tranquility of one the most widely collected artists in the world and display one of his masterpieces in your own home.
