I went to ShopNBC.com or tuned in to ShopNBC in my area and found ShopHQ. What happened to ShopNBC?

Welcome to ShopHQ, formerly known as ShopNBC. We announced in May of this year that ShopNBC would be rebranding to ShopHQ with a new look and feel. While we have a new name and look, the programs, products, hosts and guests you love are still right here. You can still find us at ShopHQ.com, our new ShopHQ mobile apps, or by tuning in to ShopHQ in your local area on the same channel you do today.

What else will change in addition to your name and logo?

You'll notice that our look online and on TV has changed to our new ShopHQ look. In addition, you will experience the new ShopHQ look via:

  • ShopHQ packaging
  • ShopHQ invoices
  • ShopHQ emails
  • ShopHQ social media (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, etc)
  • ShopHQ program guide

  • While we may be changing our name and our look, the service, products, programs, hosts and guests that you love and expect will still be here.

    Do I need to create a new customer account, or will my current one still work?

    You do not need to do anything different. Your current customer account and information will remain active and ready for you when you need it.

    I have a ShopNBC Credit Card. Will this one still work?

    Thank you for being one of our valued credit cardholders! Your new ShopHQ Credit Card has arrived. There is no need for you to update your customer account information. Note to California residents: If you currently reside in California, you will need to call 1-866-597-1513 to request your new ShopHQ Credit Card. Due to current laws, we are not able to mail your new card to you without your consent.

    I noticed my credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover) and/or my PayPal billing statement has charges listed as "ShopHQ", but I've only ordered from ShopNBC. Is this correct?

    As we transition our brand to ShopHQ, you may notice that your credit card statements will show purchases and/or ValuePay charges from us listed as ShopHQ. Even If you made the original purchase when we were ShopNBC, the charge may appear on your statement as ShopHQ. Moving forward, all purchases and ValuePay charges from us will be noted as ShopHQ on your credit card billing statements.

    Will you still offer ValuePay? Do I need to do anything if I have items currently on ValuePay or will they stay the same?

    We will continue to offer ValuePay on select items. If you have items that are currently on ValuePay, you do not need to do anything differently. We will continue to charge your credit card on file for your monthly payments. If you need to update your card on file, please contact customer service at 1-800-676-5523 or update your information on My Account at www.shophq.com.

    Has your phone number for ordering products or customer service changed?

    Our order and customer service phone numbers have not changed. You can still reach us at 1-800-474-6762 to order a product or 1-800-676-5523 to contact customer service..

    Is ShopHQ on the same channel in my area?

    Yes, we will continue to be on the same channel in your area as we are today. From time to time, we do move channel numbers and would communicate to you if that were to happen. If you need to locate ShopHQ in your area, you can visit www.shophq.com/channelfinder.

    Why did you change your name?

    We are constantly evolving as a company and felt this was the right time to align our company name and branding to the type of relationship we want to have with our customers. As ShopHQ, we want to become your shopping headquarters for great products and values, presented by a trusted friend, when you want, where you want it.

    Has your ownership changed as part of the rebranding to ShopHQ?

    Our ownership has not changed. While we are changing our name and our logo, we are still the same company you have come to know and trust. Rest assured our people, products and programs will remain the same.
