Royal Albert® 1930 Polka Rose Cup & Saucer Hostess Set

The 1930 Polka Rose Hostess Set is decorated with the subtle combination of a pink hued rose design and white polka dots on orchard green apple, with 9K gold trim edging.

In celebration of Royal Albert's 100th Anniversary, a specialist collection has been envisioned to commemorate the companies longevity and commitment to excellence. Each piece in the collection is decorated using a pattern and design representing some of the most iconic styles and colors of each decade. Taking inspiration from two of the most popular patterns of the 1930's.

Measurements: Saucer: 8.5" x 6" ; Cup: 4 oz. Made in Indonesia.

Care Instructions: China can be washed in a dishwasher at a maximum temperature of 149F degrees. The "short wash" or "china and crystal" cycle is sufficient for normal cleaning. Do not overload dishwasher, load china securely on racks so that the pieces do not touch each other. When washing by hand, avoid using scouring pads and/or abrasive detergents. Most stains can be removed by soaking the item in warm water before washing. Stubborn stains can be removed by soaking in a mild bleach solution for up to one hour.

It is safe to warm your fine bone china and fine china plates and serving dishes in the warming compartment of your oven up to 150F degrees. Never place china in contact with a direct flame or subject it to extreme temperature change. Pieces with a gold or platinum band or detail are not microwave safe. Fine china is suitable for use in both freezer and oven. Avoid storing plates directly on top of each other, as this may scratch the surface. Store with plate dividers or napkins separating each plate. A china storage protector would be the optimum choice. Do not slide plates out from the bottom of the stack, always lift them from the top.
