Thomas Kinkade "Follow the Yellow Brick Road" Limited Edition Framed Print

Brand new release for 2013! The Thomas Kinkade Studios team has just released the second image for the Wizard of Oz Collection! You see all of your favorite characters in this image, including Glinda the Good Witch and the Munchkins. Beautifully framed and matted, comes with a brass name plate and a certificate of authenticity. Each piece of Limited Edition Paper is Signed and Numbered - Edition size of 995.

Since its opening, The Wizard of Oz™ film has captured the hearts and imaginations of millions of viewers. In Follow the YELLOW BRICK ROAD, all of the great Wizard of Oz characters are captured as their journey begins down the fabulous Yellow Brick Road. Glinda the Good Witch looks on as the Munchkins merrily celebrate their newly gained freedom from the Wicked Witch of the East whose demise came from a falling house. Above "Munchkin land", the Professor Marvel balloon floats towards the Emerald City while Dorothy, Scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion begin their adventure. And, of course, the Wicked Witch of the West looks on, watching their progress and hoping for an opportunity to capture the fabled Ruby Slippers.

The color and beauty of the Land of Oz have been elaborated in this masterwork using Thomas Kinkade Studios' signature romantic luminosity style. Gorgeous flower beds line the Yellow Brick Road and the mountains in the distance are glowing with the warmth of the passing day. The dappling of light on the ground appears from the shadows as the sun bursts through the foliage of the trees. Dimension emerges and the image comes to life with these artistic effects. Join with Thomas Kinkade Studios and all those who love the fantasy of The Wizard of Oz in celebration of this exciting release.

About the Collection
Known as The Painter of Light™, Thomas Kinkade became recognized as America's most collected living artist. Reflecting his modest background, Kinkade painted bucolic scenes with themes of simple pleasures and inspiring messages. With each brushstroke, Thom eloquently captured the beauty in the world with an instantly recognizable use of color and light.

As a devout Christian, Kinkade used his gift as a vehicle to communicate and spread inherent life-affirming values. Kinkade credited the Lord for both the ability and the inspiration to create his paintings. His goal as an artist was to touch people of all faiths, to bring peace, and joy into their lives through the images he created. The letters he received every day testify to the fact that he had achieved this goal.

As an Authorized Thomas Kinkade gallery, ShopHQ is proud to pay tribute with limited editions, framed art, canvas prints and other licensed products. Capture the beauty and tranquility of one the most widely collected artists in the world and display one of his masterpieces in your own home.
