King-Werk™ Deutschland w/ Medieval-Style Stop Drinking Frog Stoneware Stein
Drink sensibly seems to be the motto of this unique stein. The outside panels feature the German State Motto: 'Einigkeit und Recht und Freiheit' (Unity and Justice and Freedom). Also featuring in prominent relief a Deutschland Eagle with banners in national colors as well as major German cities landmarks like Berlin, Munchen, Koln (Cologne), Heidelberg, Frankfurt and Rothenburg surrounded by oak leaves.
On the inside of the stein is a sensational feature: A 3-D Frog! Fired into the Stein body serving as a drink stopper! It cleverly reminds you to stop drinking, when the frog seems to move or even to jump into your mouth. Developed by ace German crafters centuries ago, it has nearly been forgotten as a craft and only very few of the antique frog-inside steins exist today. Limited Edition of just 10,000 pieces. Each Stein is individually numbered by the painter. Certificate of Authenticity. Each stein signed by Master modeler Eva Trees and Master painter Friedel Michels.
